Owner/Operator Juan Roberto Suarez
SIX O SIX Studio is the creative space and gallery of Juan Roberto Suarez. With over 25 years of experience in design and fabrication, Juan’s artistry in the skilled crafts is the result of decades of practice combined with a modern curiosity in the studio arts.
A third-generation carpenter born in Roswell, New Mexico, Juan began his training as a child, working alongside his father and brother. Certified in Fine Woodworking from SFCC and a proud member of IATSE 480 Union, with credits as a Set Decorator in; Stranger Things 4, The Curse, and Outer Range 2, among other productions.
In 2009, Juan co-founded Dialogue, a multi-use space in downtown Albuquerque that served as a shop, gallery, and performance venue. In 2020, during the global pandemic, he founded SIX O SIX Studio—a community centered harbor for creativity and craft.

Furniture maker Juan Suarez is excited to offer a series of tables showcasing 18"X18" cement tops 1.5" thick with a solid wood base. Each top is unique and highly polished creating a velvet feel with centuries of practical use and style. Various accouterments for the table top are offered available in various sizes, finishes and materials.
